Don't Go Too Fast

Expecting Too Much Progress Too Quickly?
Day 29

"If you're a marathon runner," says Dr. Jim A. Talley, "and you have open heart surgery, how long do you think it's going to be before you can jog again? How long before you can run a mile? How long before you can run a marathon? When you put it in physical terms, people know it may take four or five years for recovery.

"Divorce is open heart surgery, emotionally. Some people are not

Learn to Be Content

Your life in Christ can never be what it can be until you have learn to develop a life style of contentment. Contentment is a virtue which shows maturity and spiritual growth. No one can pray a spirit of being content on you, It up to you to development it. We find that the apostle Paul teaches that contentment is learned. "I have learned," he writes in Philippians 4:11-13, "in whatever stat

Where Do Broken Hearts Go?

For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. . . - Psalm 37:28

Dear Intercessors,

I remember as a kid the singer Whitney Huston addressed the question of “Where do broken hearts go?” in one of her songs. I remember as a child hoping I never find out the reality of what she was singing about. Unfortunately as an adult, I now know what is means to have my h… Continue

Thanking God the I'm not bothered by sex!

Sex is a natural thing. God created it for both husband and wife to enjoy. After being divoce you know longer have that part of your life active. One prayer that I prayed to God was, Lord take the desire for sex away from me until it' s the right time for me to have it. Praise God my prayers have been answered. We can talk to God about these things. He understand. We dont have to fall prey of Masterbation either. God want his children pure before marriage. If you have problems with lust the bibl… Continue

Let GOD use your pain

Let God use your painful circumstances for your healing and growth. You can be a strong, secure person when your identity is in Christ. Slow down and let this happen before you even remotely consider a new relationship. God can heal your deepest pain and meet your deepest needs.

"Slow down. Take a deep breath. What's the hurry? Why wear yourself out? Just what are you after anyway?" (Jeremiah 2:25 Msg).

Letting Go Of 2008

Letting Go Of 2008

...and forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive each one who is in debt to us.
Luke 11:3-4

Dear Intercessors,

I am happy to greet you once again. This is a wonderful year of harvest for each and every one of us. I am happy to share my life with such wonderful people of GOD who believe that change is possible with GOD.

When I was praying the new year in I asked the Lord what he wanted me to say the members of I Intercede. He simply said tell them to forgive their debto… Continue
